The Indiana Youth Elite All-State Team has experienced coaches from all Levels of Football

Tony West Head Coach and Skill Players Coach
Coach West has dedicated the past five years to coaching youth football, following a successful four-year tenure at Brebeuf High School where he served as both the Varsity running backs coach and the JV head coach for the team that was a State runner-up. During his time at Indiana State University, he was a two-year starter and earned all-conference honors. In his final year, he ranked among the top 60 running backs across all divisions of college football. Coach West is known for his ability to foster strong relationships with players, helping them reach their full potential through trust and teamwork.

Andre West Defensive Coordinator
Coach Andre West, the elder sibling of Head Coach Tony West, brings over a decade of experience as a youth football Head Coach. He has also contributed to the coaching staff at South Terre Haute High School. With the guidance of his father, longtime D1 college Coach Lou West, he has mastered the art of positioning players to effectively demonstrate their skills.
His commitment to player development and strategic coaching has significantly impacted young athletes, helping them reach their full potential on the field.

Mike Woods WR/DB and Special Teams Coach
Coach Woods is embarking on his first year as a youth coach, bringing a strong commitment to excellence. A proud graduate of Ft. Wayne Northrop, he earned a spot on Indiana's All-State team, along with selections to the All-Region, All-Conference, and Indiana's Fabulous 50 teams, culminating in being named the Most Valuable Player of his senior squad. As a two-way player at Indiana State, he excelled in both WR and DB positions. With his impressive accolades, Coach Woods understands what it takes to succeed and is dedicated to providing youth athletes with the quality coaching they require at this crucial stage.

Derek Prock WR/DB Coach
Coach Prock is entering into his second season assisting Coach West ashis WR/DB coach. He has a passion for the game as he has played 14 seasons going into the collegiate level. He was fortunate enough to play under Indiana Hall of Fame Coach Mike Kirschner and wishes to spread the knowledge he’s been taught.

Offemsive MVP AWARD
This years "Offensive MVP" Award goes to Giovani West. This award goes to the player that made big plays on offense throughout the season. Through consistency and leadership, this player helps in all aspects of making the offense go!

GOAT AWARD
This years "Goat" Award goes to Du'Juan Lee. This award is given to the teams overall MVP. This player is the player that shows leadership, makes plays and most of all, makes everyone around him better!

GRIT AWARD
This years "Grit" Award goes to Kingston Wright and Cari Summler. The Grit award is given to the player(s) that have proven to be the most physical and relentless over the season!

DEFENSIVE MVP AWARD
This years "Defensive MVP" Award goes to Zavier Hawkins. This award goes to the most outstanding defensive player. This player is the head of the defense and makes big time plays when needed. This player leads by example and makes the defense tick throughout the season!

OFFENSIVE LINEMAN AWARD
This years "Offensive Lineman" Award goes to Isaac Lyman. This award goes to the offensive lineman that made the biggest difference throughout the season. This player got after it every game and helped lead the oline as a playmaker and a vocal leader!

DEFESIVE LINEMAN AWARD
This years "Defensive Lineman" Award goes to Remar Jacks. The Defensve Lineman award goes to the defensive lineman that makes the biggest impact. Making big plays all season, as well as doing their job to open up opportunities for teammates to excel. A true disruptor all season!

MOST IMPROVED AWARD
This years "Most Improved" Award goes to Ezra Prock/Rameir Carver. This award is for the player(s) that showed the most improvement from the beginning to the end of the season. This award is for the player(s) that made an impact when their name was called, which helped the team get wins!

12 MAN AWARD
This years "12 Man" Award goes to Miguel Kirk. This award is for the player that is sefless and does whats best for the team. They will play multiple positions when other players may be down. This player can always be called on in a time of need and make plays as well!

Championship Mentality
Our team recently won the State vs State tournament, showcasing our dedication to excellence, hardwork, and teamwork. Over the tournament we outscored all opponent's with a combined score of 41-0.

Along with that our team played in the D1 All-American Bowl Tournement in Arizona. We fell short in the championship game, losing to Colorado in a hard fought battle.
